# What Documents Do I Need?

- **Academic Transcripts -** High school or previous university [transcripts](https://knowledgebase.studylincoln.com/migration/help/transcript-certificate?hsLang=en).
- **Certificates -** High school diploma, bachelor's degree [certificate](https://knowledgebase.studylincoln.com/migration/help/transcript-certificate?hsLang=en), etc.
- **Identification -** [Passport](https://knowledgebase.studylincoln.com/migration/help/passport-page?hsLang=en) Biodata Page or National ID.
- **Passport-sized Photos - **Photo with a white background (45 mm x 35 mm)
- **English Proficiency -** TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent test scores (if applicable).
- **Recommendation Letters -** From teachers or employers (if required).
- **Personal Statement -** Statement of purpose or motivation letter. 
- **Health Declaration Form**

 

**Who can certify the above documents?**

The documents must be certified by

1. The school principal, Government Officers or Commissioner of Oath
2. Respective Embassy
