1. **Scheduling**: Exams are scheduled in advance, and students are informed of the dates and times through official announcements or portals.
2. **Location**: Exams can take place in classrooms, examination halls, or online platforms, depending on the institution's policies.
3. **Exam Procedures**:

***Identification***: Students may need to show ID to confirm their identity before starting the exam.

***Instructions***: Clear instructions about the exam format, duration, and rules are provided at the beginning.

***Time Limit***: Exams have a set duration that students must adhere to.
4. **Supervision**: Exams are monitored by proctors or invigilators to ensure that all rules are followed and to assist with any issues that arise.
5. **Submission**: Students submit their answers or complete the exam according to the provided instructions. For in-person exams, this usually means handing in papers; for online exams, submissions are typically handled through the exam platform.
6. **Results**: Exam results are reviewed, graded, and then communicated to students through official channels such as online portals or direct notifications.
