# How to renew your Student Pass

**1. Timing**

Submit your renewal application at least 90 days before your student pass expires to avoid overstaying.

**2. Duration**

Renewed student passes are valid for up to 12 months.

 

**3. Processing Time**

The renewal process takes approximately 3-4 weeks.

 

**Eligibility and Required Documents**

**1. Application Form**

Fill out the renewal form available at the International Student Office (INSO).

**2. Photograph**

Provide one passport-sized [photo](https://knowledgebase.studylincoln.com/migration/help/photo?hsLang=en) with a white background (35mm x 45mm).

**3. Passport Copies:**

Submit a copy of all pages of your [passport](https://knowledgebase.studylincoln.com/migration/help/passport-page?hsLang=en).

**4. Academic and Attendance Records:**

Provide copies of your academic and attendance records from your faculty.

**5. Fees:**

Pay the visa renewal fee of 1600 MYR. Pay at least 50% of the second-year tuition fees.

**6. English Proficiency:**

Submit an English proficiency certificate or Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter.

 

**Notes**

- **Academic Performance**
  
  CGPA must be at least 2.0.

- **Attendance**
  
  Attendance must be at least 80%. Make sure to prepare and submit all required documents on time to ensure a smooth renewal process.
