# Student ID

Applying for Student ID 

**Purpose:**

To obtain a student identification card (ID), which verifies you as a student

 

**Steps:**

**1. Prepare Documents**

Passport-sized photograph with a white background (35mm x 45mm).

**2. Submit Application**

Fill out the ID  application form available at the International Student Office (INSO).

Submit the completed form and required documents to INSO.

**3. Processing Time**

The ID are typically processed within 1-3 working days

 

**Important Notes**

- Keep the ID with you at all times on or off campus.
- Report any loss or damage to the INSO immediately to get a replacement with a penalty.
