# Refund Policy

**For Current Students:**

- Refunds for course fees will be provided if students withdraw from their unit(s), based on specific guidelines.

**For New Students:**

- **Full Refund:** Given if the institution cannot conduct the course or if the student visa is denied.
- **Partial Refund:** Offered if students withdraw from the University, according to established guidelines.

**Note:** General and administrative fees are non-refundable.

**Application for Refund:** Follow the institution’s procedure for submitting a refund request.

**Refund of Course Fees:** Refund amounts will be determined based on the guidelines provided.
